Beautiful place

We would definitely stay again!! The rooms were fabulous, extremely clean (It looked like they just finished a deep clean). I loved the layout full kitchen, bar and nice living room.The bed was comfy and made well.The spa was a 16 person, and we were the only one there at the time.

Property was easy to access and near lots of shops and food options. Nice, clean and spacious room. Minimal staff working at front desk. Had to wait on check in and waited several minutes at desk for check-out and no one returned to desk. Used text to check out, as they sent us information on. Never received a final receipt, as mentioned I would via text. Feel like more people should be working and visible here.

I think it’s definitely the hot tub that does it for me. It’s just so nice. It’s stupid. I always leave feeling very refreshed after staying there and the breakfast is really good food. It’s nice best complementary breakfast at any hotel. I’ve experience so far and I’ve stated a lot of hotels up till now.

The property is mostly clean and in a good area. It’s always overwhelming to choose a hotel not knowing if it’s a decent area. The halls, lobby, and room was all fairly clean and has been well kept. Though, we did have a white powder on our counter in our kitchen area when we arrived. One of the hand towels also appeared to have been used. And as I sat on the floor with my kids doing their hair, I thought my daughter lost the back to her earring. Nope it turns out someone dropped theirs. Then we noticed quite a few crumbs through out on the floor. My daughter kept thinking she dropped a Polly pocket piece and it was a random green or brown crumb from something the previous person left. The room was mostly well kept though. It wasn’t run down or anything. Well maintained. But it just seemed someone didn’t clean thoroughly. The pool though. We wanted to stay at this hotel because it had an indoor pool. It was actually fairly cold in there and you could feel a breeze from outside. And the water was somewhat salty and I don’t believe it was a saltwater pool. It just didn’t seem clean at all. My husband actually made excuses as to why we couldn’t go to the pool since the first time we went. He even kept us out later so we could tell them it’s closed (since our room was next to it we had to walk by or could hear people in it). Oh our windows were slightly open and unlocked when checked in too. We would probably stay again, just hoping our room was overlooked from cleaning fast
