Neat place to stay at for its plice
The place was kice and clean. Walls are a little bit thin, so you mightily hear a thing here and there, but for it's price- a wonderful place to stay and welcoming atmosphere provided by friendly staff members! Big thank you to Meshwa aj patel (hopefully spelled it correctly) who was very patient and understanding with me during check in and out :)💞

First they straight up lied about the price of the room. Then the water went out for 3 hours in the middle of the afternoon and they didn't even bother calling to let us know. Finally, around 6pm they came banging on the door saying we had to leave for violating a policy but they refused to say what policy or even provide a copy of thejr p policies despite us asking nearly a dozen times. They refused to refund us tbe money for the night and after we began packing our things they called the police on us and said we had trashed the room and "had people climhing in and out of our window". We left the room cleaner than when we arrived and their windows don't even open!! As if all of this wasnt enough, 2 of their staff made multiple blatantly transphobic remarks over the phone and in person when they thought we couldn't hear them. But hey, if you like sharing a sketchy parking lot with escorts, pimps, and the roughly 20 relatives of management that live here, look no further

Property has a serious problem with insects - spiders and cockroaches on multiple days in the bathroom and main sleeping area. Even had one crawl out of coffee maker. Another on ceiling dropped on bed while sleeping. Hire an exterminator and please clean the rooms better. Breakfast & coffee was the only plus.

The staff was friendly and helpful. There are free snacks/coffee/water available in the lobby. There is a shuttle that picks up there for Notre Dame games (cash only). Parking was ample. Rooms have been updated to some extent (flooring and bedding) but the bathrooms definitely need a refresh as the tub and toilet had stains.

Well, a short time after I checked in the managers, knock on my door to ask me if everything was OK, without giving me a reason as to why they were asking… The following morning, the breakfast, and the breakfast room was an absolute disaster. Literally there was no breakfast materials, except for about six banana nut muffins, Slice of bread, seven or eight yogurts, and coffee that you couldn’t drink because the creamer coagulated in the coffee. It was so old. Simply, don’t offer breakfast if you’re not gonna service it! Far away the worst breakfast presentation I’ve ever seen. Sometimes the price shouldn’t dictate where you stay. The following morning three managers knocked on my door before the checkout time seeing if I was gone. Unbelievable.

It’s a discount hotel so as long as you’re not expecting high end amenities it does the trick. Beds were comfortable and rooms were renovated however bathrooms were not. staff was very friendly and helpful! Continental breakfast was available. Perfect if you just need a place to sleep!

This place was terrible. Our room reeked of marijuana, the sheets were not clean and we had to go purchase our own bedding, there was fecal matter smeared on our bathroom walls, the shower did not drain nor was clean (it was very rusted and had mold and mildew all around), and the toilet did not flush well. I would not stay here again nor recommend it to anyone.
