Lobby was beautifully decorated and check in staff were very helpful and accommodating. The room was very clean and very comfortable. We had a lovely stay and will be back every time we pass through Indiana.

Hockey team children partying all night
We arrived to find screaming kids playing hide and seek in the hallways after midnight. The hotel had rented over half its rooms to support hockey team families, and they were up very late partying, playing cards, and in general a “free for all”. The staff said they could t do anything. We came across 4 time zones to pay respects to a friend in hospice care, and were exhausted during a very sensitive end-of-life situation. I feel betrayed by Wyndham; they should not rent a hotel room to regular customers who expect to be able to sleep at night, when knowingly renting out to hockey teams that will be up partying all night. This is gross profiteering and abuse of customers. Never again.

I left a pair of pants in the room. It was my responsibility to get a FedEx shipping label to get my pants returned. Your front desk had the shipping label for 7 days before they finally took the package to FedEx===despite telling me every one of those days===it would be shipped that day.

The sheets on bed in first room were dirty - stained and something dried on them. Yuck! Second room smelled like cigarette smoke. Third room ok, but by then, grossed out. Overall condition of this hotel was dirty- coffee on floors of both elevators and walls scuffed up and dirty. This was significantly different than our last stay at this hotel approximately 6 months prior. Also, the scent spayed into lobby is just too much. Will not return.

Bed Bugs
The second time staying in this hotel and for the first time in 46 years of travelling I saw a bed bug on the pillow as we were checking out and had spent the whole night in the room😡😩 Room 102. This discovery was both shocking and deeply distressing as we were on our way home from a 3 week holiday. The hotel has a duty to provide clean and safe accommodations, and the presence of bed bugs is a clear failure to meet even the most basic hygiene and safety standards. This incident has caused significant inconvenience and worry, as we now must inspect and treat my belongings to ensure no infestation follows us home. We have asked for compensation and   A detailed explanation of how this issue will be resolved and what measures they will implement to prevent future occurrences.     Now we have the stress, and expenses incurred as we have to continue to make sure our house is bug free. We are also afraid to put up our Christmas decorations which normally take us over our whole house😕

The prior was very clean and when you first walk in, it smells fresh and clean. The room was amazing for the price and the breakfast choices were awesome anywhere from fresh waffles to yogurt and fresh fruit.
