This and Inn at St. Mary's are my go-to when visiting Notre Dame. Always a pleasure to stay at Ivy Court. Beautiful rooms, nice breakfast, cookies at the front desk, right next to campus.

Superb location next to Notre Dame. Coffee, iced tea & chocolate chip cookies in the lobby. Included breakfast was more elevated than the usual chain buffet with breakfast burritos.

This was a fine place to stay for one night. As some reviews have shared, the property might be a bit “tired” and rooms would benefit from an update. But our room was clean as was the property as a whole. The staff were consistently great - welcoming, friendly, helpful. There wasn’t much for us immediately around the hotel, but less than 1 mile away was a newly developed housing/commercial area with a wide range of restaurants. Parking was easy and we had a great time.
