It’s available for a reason….

Torn furniture, rusty tub, ridiculously low water pressure, clogged sink, LOUD air conditioner. The front desk staff was friendly otherwise nothing positive to say- you don’t have many options on sold out weekends in South Bend, just be aware what you’re getting.

Aging but well maintained. Lots of room to relax, but the bathroom was quite compact. Everything important in our room worked (but the little coffee maker didn't (room 306)) and the bed was comfy. The elevator made funny noises and the lights flashed, so we just used the stairs. The included breakfast was fine, on a par with most hotel breakfasts. We would be fine with staying there again if we were passing through again.
