My room was great. They had a lot of kids staying there for hockey so it was loud in the evenings. The staff did their best to quiet them down. Parents fault for letting kids run up and down the hallway yelling. Second night was better. Otherwise I would probably stay there again

Good Staff, Bad Stay

The hotel was overall clean and the staff was very polite. I want to emphasize that. The shower did not work the first day I was there and there weren’t any other rooms available. I was able to rig it to work but I’m not sure it was ever properly fixed as promised. The hotel had a large number of laborers and contractors staying there and the trucks took up an absurd amount of the parking and blocked the exits to the road. This is the only really bad stay I’ve had at a Holiday Inn Express. While the staff was very polite, I’m going to think twice before making it my preferred choice.

Great Hotel but no Scooby-Doo.

It was clean with a nice modern interior. Staff was receptive and inviting. No Scooby-Doo on the TV though so that was disappointing. There’s also no place to charge a car if you have an electric one which would be nice.

When we arrived at the hotel. The employee that took care of us at the front desk was so friendly and polite. He was very knowledgeable.of his job. Also, let us know of the breakfast hours, pool, exercise room, etc. We really enjoyed our visit.
