As of July 2024 this property is being remodeled. That being said, our newly remodeled room on the second floor was wonderful! The AC was clear, easy to use and provided a “constant fan” button for white noise. The new bathroom was bright, clean and offered eco friendly refillable soap as opposed to plastic or packaging. Also, BONUS, each bed had 4 fluffy pillows! Thanks Plymouth Holiday Inn

There was nothing which I didn't like. What made my experience so terrific was Keeley. She was wonderful. She welcomed you with a smile and just made you feel at home. I will definetly stay again when I come to visit my son.

Nice updated, clean, and friendly hotel
The roadway construction outside the hotel was inconvenient, but other than that, everything was wonderful. The staff was very nice and greeted me every time I came and went, and my requests were always immediately fulfilled.

They are remodeling and after traveling all day, the loud noises and people yelling was not restful. The room was infested with moths. I was attacked by them all night and woke up to about 10 of them on my pillows and bed.

Although this was not the most updated HI Express we've stayed at, it certainly was a very comfortable night's stay. The service was excellent, the room was quiet and comfortable, and the beds were awesome. The best hotel breakfast we've had in a while. We will be back!
