DONT STAY HERE

Absolutely filthy hotel. Linens are old and dingy, water damage clearly down the wall, smelled bad. The front desk clerk was completely bothered and put out when talking to him.

The stay was not bad. The biggest complaint is that all the staff that I came in contact with had their ear buds in. Half the time they didn't realize I was there asking questions. When they did realize I was there they were helpful. There was a cleaning lady who was very nice and went out of her way to get something I asked for. Hallways were dirty from the laundry room area.

Hotels.com took my money, hotel did not have beds

I paid for 2 beds and a full kitchen through Hotels.com. The hotel only had a booking for 2 beds and no kitchen. However, when I arrived, the only room left had 1 bed and no kitchen. My whole family had to sleep in 1 bed.

It's old hotel with limited updates. It smells weird. Staffs are not that friendly. Even though there are guests at the counter, they talk with themselves. There are a lot of hotels around the area, I recommend staying at other places.

Hole in shower wall was patched. Plaster falling out into tub while showering. Leak under kitchen sink, perhaps, because the faucet is for a bathroo sink, and does not extend out enough. Was charged a $60 deposit. Left the room cleaner than when i arrived and never got my deposit back.

I thought it was walking distance from Norte Dame. It was fine it wasn’t but our room was not the cleanest. The counters were not wiped and there was still food in the sink stuck to the garbage disposal. There were dried water spots on the bathroom counter like it wasn’t wiped clean either. The beds were awful. Very very uncomfortable.

spider webs were in the door jamb or the bathroom door, the sink did not provide adequate water as the aerator was plugged. The room did not have a waste basket and one was not delivered when requested. The bed was the good point.
