The pet friendly room was better than most. There were gluten free breakfast options. Check out was disappointing. I waited at the front desk for almost 10 minutes waiting for someone. Her explanation was that she had to do dishes - no apology.

If you are noise sensitive this is not the hotel for you. Doors slamming ALL night long and beds squeak. Every time my son moved during the night, I wanted to kill him! Definitely not a quiet hotel.

We've stayed at this hotel several times over the past couple of decades. Won't likely go back.For over $500/night, the atmosphere was cold and institutional. Breakfast was poor to terrible. Drape in our room was torn. Called (by cell phone) to inform that room phone wasn't working. Reply was, "Okay, thanks" and never fixed. No housekeeping (again for the rate there should be housekeeping/restocking of towels, etc. People were very friendly, unfortunately the overall experience not worth the price.
