This location will steal your money. We were displaced due to a storm and booked two nights with the travel insurance for early cancelation. After checking in I received an email about our power being restored before we went to sleep, I went to the front desk immediately to cancel our second night. We checked out well before 7 am the next day and were told we had to wait for the hotel manager to approve that cancelation as the current staff on duty didn't know how to do the approval. We followed all the steps given to us by the hotel and Expedia on the refund process which we were in what was in the agreement this hotel has pretty much stolen my money for a night we never used.

Hot tub permanently closed
Staff was friendly. Zero interaction other than check in/ check out. Room was ok, fairly priced. Hot tub permanently closed but not properly closed off (unless 2 loose pieces of plywood thrown over part of it and 1 pc of caution tape across part of it is proper). Not very safe at all considering the kids playing in the pool started to go in it to get a ball that went in it. I was there when there were lots of kids there, when a ball hit the ceiling fire system and set off the water system into the pool. It was a mess but also not predictable. 2 adults were in the pool and all kids got out quickly. The staff remained calm and I think in shock, like anyone that witnessed it. This hotel could use some maintenance. They need to update to no hot tub as that is the only filter I use to book a room. I got a good night sleep still so overall not a terrible stay.
