Baymont was horrible, dirty, sketchy and in disrepair. One room even had a "Chucky" doll standing in the window. Staff was outstanding though and voluntarily moved us to their newly renovated property less than 2 minutes away. It was convenient and very nice.

There was a smoke sector that constantly beeped. The carpets were ripped and bumpy and a fall hazard. The shower did not drain, did not have consistent hot water, and had mold. The breakfast was greasy and had limited fruit options.

This stay was awful, the pictures did not represent the hotel. The room was dirty, bathtub was chipping and mold on the bathroom walls. Had an overall unsafe, dirty feeling to the place. They are in the middle of a remodel. At 430am my wife and I were woken to someone playing loud music in the parking lot. When I reported it to the front desk they acted concerned, then it happened the second night as well. I tried to get a refund and stay elsewhere but they would not approve the refund and I didn't want to lose $600. I paid $270/night to be there for a ND game and this is NOT a $70/night hotel. I truly feel ripped off by everyone involved as hotels.com nor the hotel would do anything to help with this situation. Hotels did offer $85 in points, this does not help ease the pain of this atrocious stay.

This was by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Rooms were dirty, shower was broken, the tub was sketchy, and the dead bolt was ripped off the door. Anybody can enter the hotel through a side door. Very unsafe and just awful. I never leave reviews, but people need to be warned about this place.

It stunk. It had no towels. Toilet didn’t work. Tv didn’t work. Bath was filled with dirt. Toilet was stained beyond fix. I slept in my clothes and a hoodie because everything smelled so bad. Waste of money only to rather wish we’d slept in the van because it’s not we slept anyways considering the noise. The doors. And the smell and even the smell of the water was awful. Unbelievable

Hotel still undergoing renovations after many months with no visible improvement. Door card didn't work 4 nights out of 5, which was very annoying. Night clerk didn't know how to resolve problems, always referred back to morning staff. Have stayed here for many years, worst stay ever.

Rooms are in the process of being renovated. Hotel books out majority of their rooms to house migrants who are extremely noisy during the evenings with their music and drinking in the hallways and parking lot. If you’re travelling with women and children it’s not safe for them to roam around the property without getting accosted multiple times by the drunk migrants

This place was in very poor condition. The entire place was run down. The wires where the smoke detector should have been were hanging from the ceiling. The fiberglass from the bath tub was cracked and peeling. Paint was chipped in multiple places on the walls. Breakfast was about typical for a buffet. Overall, very poor choice to stay

The first room I was given was dirty, had what looked like mold on the ceiling, the sheets had holes in them, surfaces were sticky and the furniture was dirty. The desk provided a second room that initially looked better but then realized there were a lot of dead bugs under sink and the smoke detector was missing. There is renovations going on but the space needs a lot of work. The common spaces smelled of smoke. I ended up leaving the hotel because of the conditions.
