The property was in a good area with lots of food around the area and easy access to the ferry. The few things I wasn't impressed about was there was No air conditioning available, the breakfast was poorly planned out with yesterday's sweet bread was back on the table this morning. 😔

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful when we had questions about how to get to places. The hotel was exceptionally clean and in a very central location. It is located on a busy street but once you close the door to the terrane it's completely quiet. My one and only complaint is that the hotel advertises that it offers air conditioning but as soon as we arrived they said it wasn't working. Keep that in mind if you are traveling in the summer months

This boutique hotel is perfectly located for everything in Sorrento. You can walk everywhere - markets, restaurants, shopping , train station and ferries. The staff are super helpful and kind.

The staff were very nice and helpful and the breakfast buffet was substantial. The best part of our stay was the location - the hotel is close to the main square, shopping district, and the train station. We would definitely recommend it.

Great stay for 6 nights! The hotel is really convenient for everything. Staff are friendly, particularly Anthony, who was very helpful, offering lots of travel advice and tips and went out of his way to help us with ferry times to Capri etc. Thank you so much! The only issue we had, was with shower water pressure but the team did everything they could to fix it quickly and efficiently. Breakfast choice was better than we expected with fruit, boiled eggs, croissants, cereal, it was enough to get us going in the morning and the lady serving breakfast, got to know specific preferences ie. English =Tea and was very helpful. Thank you all so much for a great stay!

We used Sorrento as a base for going to Capri, Amalfi and Pompeii. Great central location. Staff were friendly and helpful. Like many Italian hotels there is still a flight of stairs to reception and then can get a lift to the room

Serenity in Sorrento

Lovely little place in a superb location between the station and the main square. I had a room at the back and that was very quiet- I couldn't tell the hotel was on the main road. Staff very friendly, efficient and helpful. Only minor negative- a bit more variety at breakfast would go down well. Overall a very pleasant stay.

We just left today 10/24. The front desk staff were all so friendly and helpful. They helped arrange airport transfers and recommended things to do. We did not have a junior with king bed. We had a double bed. The air conditioning went haywire and we needed a portable heater in our room. The power went out one night. And the deadbolt stuck. Breakfast was mediocre at best.

For Europe this is a very nice place to stay. We were on the move all the time so proximity of everything was great. Close to the ferry, close to the train station and right in the middle of bars and restaurants.

Great location and comfortable bed

The place is in the main street of Sorrento easy to find and walk to from the train station. It’s close enough to walk to everything. There is a bit of stairs to get up to the reception desk but the friendly staff can help. The room and bathroom is quite spacious and shower has good water pressure. The only disappointment is the breakfast which didn’t have much selection to eat there’s no hot food and coffee is not self served, can only be ordered from the breakfast lady. Our stay had two breakfasts included but after day 1 didn’t felt like going again. Luckily there are plenty of food choices available on the main streets.
