Home from home.

This Hotel is really comfortable with a very welcoming warm atmosphere. The hotel manager, Theresa, is so helpful and caring as are all her staff. Teresa can organise anything from pickups to trips. Rooms were lovely as was the service. Breakfast was fantastic with an exceptional choice of continental, English or freshly cooked eggy options. The hotel has a lemon grove to relax in as well as a pool. We had 10 very comfortable days here being cosseted. Very, very sadly, due to me miss booking, we had to move over the road for the next four days - this was a great disappointment as the new hotel was freezing cold without any atmosphere, most of the staff were dour like the manager. The only redeeming feature was the 5th floor sun terrace and its lovely organiser Marieclara, she was lovely.

Teresa is a one-man show at Hotel Capri. She scheduled an excellent driver to pick us up at the Naples airport when we landed at 10:30 PM. Americo was fantastic and so knowledgeable about the entire area. We got pizza, gelato and dinner recommendations. The hotel lobby is beautiful, and the rooms were spacious – with the windows open, it is a little loud but I would definitely stay there again!!

Wow ! Such a nice hotel !

The room was very nice and confortable. The host was really helpful and the service was great. We also like the aera because it was very near the central station and at walking distance of a lot of Sorrento attractions and the marina. If we come back to Sorrento, we will stay again here. I recommand this hotel. Grazie mille !

The hotel was beautiful and the staff was very nice. We had an issue with the 1st room that we were given. We had to move to a smaller room for the night. The next morning, the manager really took care of us. She did everything she could to make our stay enjoyable. That really turned it around for us and made our stay at Hotel Capri memorable.

The hotel was inviting and clean. The front desk staff was nice.. Not all guests are treated equally. Unfortunately, although my rate per night was higher than my friends' who traveled with me, the room I was placed in a room on the lower level, facing a gas station and therefore it was noisy and unpleasant. Also, unlike my friends, I did not receive any VIP perks.

We LOVED Hotel Capri - the staff was wonderful, the pool was so nice and quiet and the rooms were super cute. It is a very short walk to the center of Sorrento where all the bars, restaurants and shops are but far enough away from the noise from all that. We would highly recommend this hotel. :-)

Nicely maintained property, very neat and clean with spacious showers. Staff was very friendly and welcomed with a smile. Good breakfast in the morning which came along with the booking :) 10 min walk to the Sorrento Port, 3 min walk to the Railway station, 5 mins to city center. Conveniently located. Great room

Great location just out of the busiest area but only a short walk to the beach and centre. Spotlessly clean, comfortable room with plenty of space. Nicely furnished. Pleasant pool and garden area. Would definitely recommend.

We had a pleasant 3 night 4 day stay at this property in Sorrento. The things that stick out the most are how helpful the front desk staff was, the pool and pool bar, and the proximity to everything in Sorrento. The front desk staff helped us to book a private transfer to get to Naples airport at the end of the trip, gave us tips for a day trip to Almafi, and answered our many questions. The pool was nice, with plenty of seating, and a pool bar with coffee and drinks. It got some nice sun even into the late afternoon. The free breakfast was great as well. We were able to get early check in which was a plus. This location was super close to many restaurants, walkable to the marina/ferries, by a ton of shops and cafes. Definitely recommend, super great stay and reasonable price
