They charged the whole reservation when I checked in. When I checked out earlier than planned, I had to argue for 45 minutes to get refund for the nights I did not stay.It was not a prepaid stay at special rate. Room was very small and horrible in every way. Only the lobby and and breakfast fast as expected. It is located next to industrial lot, you cannot walk outside at all. Questionable people hanging around the parking lot.

Beds were hard. Staff was polite but had a very hard time with incoming phone calls trying to contact me using English and telling them my room number. Hotel has been remodeled and is nice. Rooms are on small side but ok. Amities are few

Fiz reserva de um quarto super luxo e me foi entregue outro, mas que foi resolvido posteriormente. O hotel estava recebendo um grupo em um evento e o barulho na recepção era muito. Café da manhã bem variado, mas novamente, o barulho foi demais. Para uma diária apenas, tudo bem, vale o custo benefício.

Boa estada para curto período. O hotel fica na estrada, isso dificulta o retorno, caso saia à noite. Quarto limpo, colchão excelente, chuveiro bom, café da manhã bom e limpeza do quarto ótimo. Atendimento na recepção sem muita cordialidade.

Fica na entrada da cidade, um pouco longe do centro e de outras atividades, fica escondido abaixo de uma colina sem nenhuma grande placa para vc encontrar fácil, no primeiro dia achei q o gps estava errado, tem um bom café da manhã, chuveiro muito bom, banheiro um pouco apertado. Ta precisando de uma ampla renovação mas percebi um empenho grande dos funcionários em ajudar

Hotel bom, bom café da manhã, sempre repondo tudo qdo faltava, vários funcionários limpando e deixando tudo em ordem e o fluxo estava alto por conta do feriado.Jantei apenas um dia, comida oriental, mas não gostei do sabor... não gostei do quarto ficar pro lado da recreação. Queria descansar e não pude pq era barulho o dia todo até às 22 horas. Não conhecia o hotel e por estar cheio não quis ficar pedindo outro quarto. Mas a cama estava ótima, grande e colchão firme, gostei. Só pedi mais travesseiros pq eram baixos demais. O box poderia ter prateleira para shampoo etc, seria um grande diferencial. Tem secador e espelho de aumento ótimos. Tv muito pequena e sem canais. Internet ok, boa.
