O hotel tem um mobiliário defasado sem cortinas blackout nos aptos, as tomadas elétricas pra carregar celulares estão no rodapé obrigando a deixar os aparelhos no chão, o chuveiro é antigo com furos entupidos . Fui informado que o hotel ainda está tentando se recuperar no mobiliário da crise da Covid, mas isso não justifica a queda de qualidade. O custo das diárias criaram em mim expectativas não atendidas. Finalizo dizendo que o buffet do café da manhã merece discreta nota 5 num máximo de 10 e que estacionamento deixa os veículos totalmente expostos ao sol e chuva. Enfim, pareceu a mim um hotel adequado à curtíssima permanência pra turismo de final de semana e pra convenções onde os hóspedes não exigem qualidade compatível ao custo como quem, eu e esposa, lá ficamos oito noites. Não sentimos vontade de retornar.

Sou suspeito pra falar, pois todas as vezes que vou a ITU sempre tenho como opção o Gandini, cordialidade dos funcionários, quartos confortáveis e café da manhã excelente. Como melhoria, sugiro por tomadas próximo da cama.

Deve ser minha quarta estadia no Hotel e achei que sua instalações estao precisando reforma urgente. Banca de banheiro excessivamente baixa, chuveiro pingando a noite inteira e com controles dificeis de manejar! Café-da-manhã foi melhor em outras estadias e hoje oferece apenas queijo mozzarela, requeijao e com pães de baixa qualidade e boas frutas. O café da máquina sai morno. Tem bolos ,mel e geleias de goiaba. Os funcionários são simpáticos e prestativos, a limpeza é correta, mas urge reforma nos banheiros
