. hotel with large structure and lots of guests. They could put more staff in the lobby to serve guests faster

Terrible bed, no remote for the TV, hot tub pool area not working ( why advertise that has hot tub? ) Pool water cold ( its was 28 degrees outside ). Breakfast was good. Overall the hotel is old , don't let the pictures of the nice lobby fool you. Also you need to pay for parking.
