The property is average at best. The front desk was unresponsive and kept me on hold for an extended time, which was frustrating. It was also very noisy, with the lobby being used to host large parties. It felt awkward having to navigate through big gatherings just to get to the elevator. The staff could use some improvement in terms of friendliness. There’s no need for a Ritz-Carlton attitude when this is just a three-star hotel in the middle of Edison, NJ. Additionally, I saw cleaning staff eating on the same floor where my room was, which was quite strange and unprofessional. Overall, my experience was average. If there’s one thing to improve, it would be to hire more cheerful, welcoming employees.
