The cafe in the lobby has the worst customer service I have seen. I was charged $5.50 for a Starbucks Latte which didn't taste like any sbux coffee I have had for the last 25 years. I took it back to the counter and was told that I was given a expresso instead of a Latte (not sure how those two words can be confused) and still didn't explain the taste. I was told that since I had sipped it, I would have to pay $5.50 again to get another cup! I'll have to develop the art of tasting coffee without taking a sip. I dumped a full cup of coffee into the trash located at the counter and left with disgust. NEVER use that cafe. Customer service at this hotel isn't exactly great.

Checkin was quick and informative. I was able to make an adjustment to my stay very easily. Breakfast is al la carte and can get pricey. The room was clean and my stay was quiet. Bathroom tiles were cracked but otherwise fine.

Upon entering the property we were warmly greeted by the Guest Service Representative Giselle. She was friendly, and happy to accommodate a special request we had for our room. The room is super clean and there is conveniently a Ruby Tuesday right outside of the hotel. I would stay here again. Excellent Customer Service overall !!
