Staff needs better training. I understand why the hotel would not take a Venmo card for a security deposit, however a Venmo card with a Visa logo?!? Come on management you can do better. If that is my only credit card then what? It’s a Visa card.

Check in Line was too long. It smelled like someone was cooking food In the room adjacent to ours. The odor was reeking through the connecting door. We smelled rice cooking and other unidentifiable foods. They also had a baby screaming crying for the whole morning. But my husband Frankie complained and they gave us a different room. We couldn't get a new key because their computers were down for a few hours. The new room was more comfortable than the previous room due to better pillows, but the noise in the hallway from walkie talkie's woke us up. Was a nice hotel overall, but for the price, I expected much better.
