No staff at reception. Guests were checking themselves in. A text in German with my room number. Got that sorted. Decided to stay another night. None answered the phone so rebooked thru Expedia. Four texts in German so I asked for a translation but got no reply. Nice place but seems disorganized.

We arrived around 11.30pm as we drove up from Berlin. We called in advance and was notified of our room hence when we got to the front desk (there was no one there), we could pick up our keys and head towards our room with ease. The room was extremely clean with bedding and towels. We checked out at approximately 9.45am as we were heading to Heide Park. Do take note that there are no blackout curtains in the room so it was extremely bright from 6am onwards. It was an easy 5-10 mins drive to Heide Park hence I would recommend this accommodation if you’re just staying overnight and heading to the park.

Great for families with little kids. Loved being able to watch the rabbits from the free breakfast buffet room.

Two room apartment was spacious and comfortable. When we checked in we were given keys for a family room although we had booked and paid for an apartment, reception rectified this and give us keys to make our own choice of apartments. Breakfast was good and included in the price.

Nice breakfast! Nothing to miss. The ambience of the restaurant is not really homey. And the beds were terrible. Also the non-smoker had a bad smell of smoke, maybe it hasn t been a non smoker room for years. The water pressure was not enough to take a shower. As a man with short hair, it took me almost 20min to get wet and clean me from soap. Despite the negative aspects, i can recommend it! The rate is more than fair! The breakfast great! We just stayed one night.

We made a booking in the afternoon and arrived later that night. They wasn't expected us and the person at the checkin didn't speak english, which made it a litte complicated. But we got a room and enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was really good, a big selection.

German delight

This was our first visit to Germany and we only stayed for one night at the Wolterdinger .The hotel was lovely, it was clean quiet and the food was great. The service also is excellent. Would have loved to have stayed longer, highly recommended to all.

Leider war die Rezeption weder bei der Ankunft noch bei der Abfahrt besetzt. Angestellte war telefonisch erreichbar, sie sagte einem die Appartementnummer und man nahm sich den Schlüssel selber aus einer Box mit vielen Schlüsseln. Hat funktioniert. Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus. Mobiliar in die Jahre gekommen, aber heil. Heizung war leider bei Ankunft aus, so dass die Zimmer sehr kalt waren. Während unseres eintägigen Aufenthaltes funktionierte der TV und das WLAN nicht. Frühstück war absolut in Ordnung! Alles in allem eine Unterkunft, die man zumindest für sehr kurzfristige Aufenthalte und wenn man wenig Ansprüche hat aufgrund seines günstigen Preises empfehlen kann.

Unterkunft für die Durchreise gut geeignet. Pro: ordentliches Frühstück, Parkmöglichkeit vor dem Haus, Spielplatz und Aufenthaltsraum auf dem Gelände. Contra: Selfcheckin anstatt besetzter Rezeption, Dachzimmer (Nr.17) mit wartungsbedürftigen Fenstern ist für sommerliche Temperaturen ungeeignet, Personal zeigt sich bemüht - hinterlässt jedoch einen eher unprofessionellen Eindruck.
