I'd go back
They lost a star due to the laundry being down. It was something I was needing and relying on and it wasn't available. Staff did their best to help but there just weren't other options around that would assist. Cons: No laundry Super squeaky floor and thin walls Tiny showers Pros: Super clean Great location Helpful staff

Excellent cozy and homey accommodation conveniently located in the heart of Sofia close to everything. I stayed for almost 3 weeks and there were no issues of any kind. Staff is extremely responsive and welcoming. The property is maintained very well and comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

The property was clean and comfortable and centrally located in Sofia, yet on a quiet side street. Kitchen facilities were available for use and packaged snacks were provided. The reception host was friendly and allowed me to store my bags after I'd checked out. The wifi was not strong in the room.

Cannot recommend highly enough
Super friendly and helpful lady on reception. Our room was in the front building with 2 others, and our own shared kitchen which was so well appointed, we could easily have cooked in there. Superb little touches in the kitchen such as free coffee pods, tea, snacks and chocolate croissants for breakfast. The room itself was spotless, and the bathroom creatively laid out, cracking shower and both decorated to a really high standard. I have stayed in hotels that charge 3 times this which have not been of such good quality. There is a small car park about 200 yards before you reach the hotel which is ideally located but a space is not guaranteed (I think it was about 18lv for 24 hours)

Lovely central Sofia guesthouse
This is a great place to stay in Sofia! For me, the location was perfect in a super central area in a neighbourhood with plenty of restaurants, cafés and independent shops. A main high street for chain stores and restaurants was just a couple minutes walk away too. From here I managed to walk around most of the city for what I wanted to see. The room was lovely, very cute, spacious and was really clean. Plus a powerful shower and nice towels and hair dryer provided. The staff were lovely and helpful too. The kitchenette had all amenities - a microwave, hob, fridge, even a little oven. Tea and coffee were provided with a kettle to make whenever you fancied. Would stay here again for sure!

The hotel is like family house with a lot of vibes from the old days, mixed with the convenience of living at the right in the heart of Sofia in the now days. Perfect location and very friendly and attentive staff. I really enjoyed staying there and definitely I will return.

Adorable guest house with clean facilities and amenities. Some rooms have shared shower and toilet facilities, but some have a private bath. The shared kitchen is fully equipped with everything you'd need for cooking, and coffee and tea are provided. Very helpful staff will hold your luggage after checkout, as well as calling a cab.

Small but amazing property. Location is the best, right on the heart of the city center, nice neighborhood. Room was nicely decorated, very clean. Nice and helpful staff. Lots of guides and brochures available. The kitchen area was our favorite part. It gives the property a very homey feel. We were very happy with our stay, thank you.

My stay here was very pleasant even though I was only there 1 night. The only issue I had was when I first arrived nobody was there even though they were supposed to be open at 10am. I had to waited and was greeted as if I was disturbing her. However I was able to leave my bags and walk around. The room was very comfortable and nice, the Aesthetics was very pleasing. Also I left my AirPods there and reached out to them and they have been very helpful to assist me with getting them back. I would definitely stay here again.

A clean, cozy, and comfortable setting in a renovated house in the heart of Sofia. Close to so many points of interest in the city, and near a metro station if you need to get to the outskirts of the city. The staff is friendly, the rooms are comfortable, and the price is right. I will stay here again next time I am visiting Sofia.

I'm coming through Sofia again soon and I'll definitely rebook my stay here - the location was perfect. within a few blocks is the main pedestrian throughway of the city, some outdoor cafes and bookstores, parks, shopping, dining (modern and traditional). It was so quiet and peaceful. It was so clean that I actually felt like I smelled *better* when I left. And outside the hostel is a cute little courtyard with various little cute kitties. It's everything I could have hoped for and I highly recommend it.
