Huoneisto on siisti ja tilavat. Kylpyhuone kuitenkin on huonossa kunnossa ja vaatisi remonttia. Tuulikaapin ovenkahva rikki, joten ovea ei saa suljettua eikÀ avattua sisÀpuolelta. Keittiön varusteluna asunnon koko huomioon ottaen heikko, vain hyvin pieniÀ kattiloita ja paistinpannuja, eikÀ lainkaan esim. uunivuokaa.
