Econo Lodge Socorro is Great. Hotels.com is Not.

The hotel is great. The only issue was with Hotels.com they sent me a loyalty coupon which was not usable and when I tried to contact someone all you could get is the world's dumbest Chatbot. In the past when I have had an issue I was able to reach them to sort it with the hotel. This does not appear to be possible anymore. In the end I stopped my email promotions from Hotel.com and will try to book direct with hotels as then you should be able to reach someone if there is an issue. Anyway the remodeled rooms at Econo Lodge are great if you happen to be passing that way.
