Great Staff; Clean Hotel
We had a nice stay as we were headed back home to FL. The room/bathroom was clean. We didn’t have hand soap in our bathroom but front desk took care of that. I didn’t catch the name of the tall gentleman who was working at the breakfast area, but he was very nice and friendly! Welcomed everyone and wished everyone a nice day. Kept checking the breakfast buffet to see if anything needed a refill. My only complaint is that I wish they would keep the meat separate from the eggs for people like me who can’t eat pork. Other than that, it was a great stay!

The bathroom shower door had so much mold, and the shower floor was covered with hair when we walked in. The bath towels were torn and raggedy The hand soap dispenser barely had any soap in it. While these items are horrific, they show the lack of cleanliness and attention given to the preparation of the room. We travel very often and always choose to stay at a Hilton property, and are Hilton members. The decline in room preparation doesn't make me feel comfortable at all.
