Such a beautiful stay at Casa Scaligeri. Tanina was incredibly friendly and helpful. All the recommendations of places to eat and visit were amazing! Our room was sooo comfortable and clean. Breakfast was great! Thank you for a special stay. We will definitely be back!

BEST STAY WE HAVE EXPERIENCED IN ITALY

Absolutely beyond expectations…. The parking was very easy to access and the hotel takes care to send you the information before arriving. The transfer from parking to hotel and back was seamless and also very enjoyable for my child to ride a little golf cart through sirmione. The hotel was located right near the entrance and also a two minute walk to the great Terme of Sirmione (which was the main point of our visit). The hotel itself was STUNNING. So nicely renovated, new, modern, very spacious room with comfortable beds and lots of windows. The design itself is so modern but well thought - hooks in the right places, bath and wc separate from each other… lots of hangers and space to hang clothes. Even a little balcony in our room. The cleanliness was immaculate…. It was truly amazing. The breakfast was so abundant and so tasty, not sure if it’s always like this but during this time of low season we had breakfast cooked to order and unlimited portions (even though one portion is more than enough for a hearty appetite) with fresh breads, croissants, yogurt and cereals… fresh orange juice and espresso as you like. I couldn’t have dreamt up a better stay and the hospitality was exceptional. In a time like this, it’s hard to find these gems that really really care about customer service and client experience. We cannot wait to come back again

The reception team were incredible- by far the best introduction to a City that we’ve ever had. A personalised walk, to restaurant recommendations, street directions, must see attractions … they made sure we maximised every opportunity in the time we had there. Awesome location in the heart of Sirmione! The carpark transfer was fun and seamless. We felt like VIPs being driven through town in a golf buggy. Great hairdryer!

Great hotel and exceptional service

It is a great hotel. We enjoyed our 2 night stay very much. Location is excellent, great breakfast, very nice rooms. The most important and difference with other hotels is the personal attention by the Manager. She is exceptionally nice and attentive, has all the tips and recommendations and for many places she walks with you (short walk) to show you or recommend the places. Really enjoyed being at this boutique hotel!!!!

We had a great evening at Casa Scaligeri. The location is excellent for a short stay in Sirmione with everything walkable. The room was excellent - very quiet (despite being in a very busy area) and with all amenities. Of particular note was the great help we received with recommendations on what to do and where to eat and general helpfulness to facilitate an early check out with breakfast ready to go. Highly recommended to visit.
