I'd certainly come back
Good: Lovely hotel with friendly staff. Breakfast is outside on dry days, so be prepared to fend off wasps and birds. Parking is available under the building for a fee of €15 per night. Bad: Bed was a little uncomfortable due to a large mattress laying on top of 2 single beds. It gets quite noisy outside from the early hours, probably because of refuse collection etc.

The room was excellent We had a king bed with bunk beds. It was bigger than expected and had nice lockers to help accommodate our family of 4. The balcony was also a good size (although it did look at shops/road- with lake beyond that). Breakfast in the garden was awesome with lots of food selection and seating. Mostly we loved the pool. The views were beautiful and the staff the most friendly in Italy! We arrived at Peschiera del Garda train station and took a taxi to hotel. Getting back to train station was difficult though. Had to chase a taxi down on the street as hotel couldn't reach any for us.

Great hotel in an ideal location only a 10 minute walk to the old town of Sirmione. Great for us as the hotel had family rooms with an actual single bed rather than sofa bed for our child. Free underground car park which was ideal too and when we were blocked in it was no hassle for the staff to move the cars for us which was really helpful. Breakfast was great with good choice and lovely outdoor area, unfortunately lots of wasps when we visited which can’t be helped but was just annoying to try to enjoy the food. Check in and check out really quick and couldn’t hear any noise from other rooms - however the hotel is on a busy main road and a few shops outside which our room was above so lots of noise in the evening but only an issue as our child went to bed earlier than probably most would. Would certainly recommend as the roof top pool was also perfect for us to use.

Fantastic location just a few minutes walk from the old town of Sirmione. Nice clean rooms. Lovely lobby and bar. Nice breakfast served outside. Fantastic roof top pool with views of the lake and mountains. Attentive helpful staff and Benjamin on the bat and pool was great.

The staff was very friendly and the hotel location was very convenient. The room had the look of a college dorm, not very cozy. The bathroom was poorly designed. The tub/shower was difficult to move around in without bumping the shower glass and causing it to open, thereby getting water all over the floor. The drain plug got stuck in ours while i was showering, but they did come quickly when we called and pulled it out completely. The water pressure was great, but if you turned the pressure up too high water got everywhere. There were dead bugs in the overhead light fixture. Having the complimentary breakfast on the veranda isn't a good idea. Birds are constantly flying around amd landing on tables and on the buffet trying to get food. When I got up to get coffee, a bird landed on my plate and started eating my eggs. Another bird landed on the serving spoon for the eggs and picked at the eggs on it. If I hadn't told a staff member about it, the spoon would have been used by someone to get eggs with. However, the staff was very friendly, welcoming, and courteous.
