硬件尚可，服务太差
硬件配置还不错，不过房间装修缺乏对中国传统文化的了解，镜子对着床，实在不敢恭维。另外，酒店的前台服务人员素质太差，因为安排入住的房间不一致，要求其更换时，更是为我们找出一大堆各种推托不愿意更换的理由，实在让人无语。建议她们老板应该调她到服务督导部们去，那样估计能够发挥她的优势。

매우 깨끗하고 친절함 21층 조식식당은 360도 전망이 가능 하고 저녁 뷔페도 만족 하였슴 다음에 갈때도 아마도 이호텔을 예약 예정임 호텔옆에 상가및 사평역이 있음
