Poor mgr attitude

We tried to check into our room., to find out they had given away our prepaid room. They made me wait over 30 mins while they went to gind out who was actually in the room i booked. They Could have given me another room since I had already paid for my room. But they didn't. When she got back, she said don't worry we won't double charge you. Are you kidding me? She went on to say she was Giving me a free room but I had already paid for it through Expedia.So it was definitely not free.I will never go here again.The manager was very rude. The planes coming in and out are very loud.
