It snowed quite a bit, sidewalks got shoveled except the one that was outside the door we went out to our car. Sidewalk was ice.

The property is in a good location for shopping. Staff is nice and helpful, room was very clean, and the free breakfast is also very good. My only problem was the bed was lumpy. A long lump in the middle and sagging on each side of the bed. Also there is no fan in the bathroom. Other than that, I would recommend this hotel. Price was good too. Maybe get 2 queen beds and see if one is sleepable?

Very good stay other than the pool was freezing!!! We booked the stay to celebrate our daughter’s 3rd birthday and she was excited to swim. She last maybe 15 min before shivering. Even us adults were cold. Would you perhaps increasing the temperature a few degrees? Thank you!
