It was just a stopl over for a long trip. Found that the public facilities washroom were broken. Unsafe in terms of a domestic quarrel in the breakfast area. Bathroom faucet was a trickle. Shower was warm not hot. Room smelled musty You could hear the people in the room above walking and wheeling of suitcases. I had to go back to my room after checking out to use the washroom because the public one was broken. Hotel needs a serious upgrade. We get it if you pay a lower price that this is a possibility. Wouldn’t stay there again.

Hotel and room was dirty and poorly maintained. Exterior door locks broken so unsafe and inconvenient. Management rude and disrespectful and did not seem to care. Based on this and other similar reviews I would conclude they will not improve.

Think twice before booking
Upon checkin, AFTER paying for the room, you are told that you are required to pay an additional $2.50 in cash as a resort fee and you can’t have your room keys until you pay the extra fee. THEN you are told you need to pay another $100 deposit which I still haven’t gotten back. Once in the room, the A/C was extremely loud, the sink was broken, the tub would not drain properly, the bed is hard, there was no shampoo not soap.. not even a pen in the room. This was the cheapest quality hotel I’ve stayed in… Not because of the brand or the hotel itself… But because of the way it’s being run.

There’s other hidden fee to this hotel and didn’t like the room either so I didn’t stay and I been requesting my money back from you guys because I didn’t appreciate the hotel looks nor the hidden fees and charges that’s not added on this hotel you should make them put up there will be a extra 100 dollar’s charge to actually stay in there hotel rooms.

Watch out for bed bugs and bad management
One of the WORST hotel stays we have ever experienced. After checking in, we discovered bed bugs in our mattress. After letting the front desk employee know about the issue, he offered to change the sheets as there were no rooms left available. Since that was definitely not an acceptable solution, we requested a refund and did not complete our stay. 4 days later, we find out that our request was denied by their management. Definitely avoid staying here if at all possible, you will regret it!

I was assigned to a smoking room and told this was due to my reservation through Orbitz. They refused to alter the room assignment. I was ejected from the property after losing my temper due their unreasonable lack of service or accommodation.

Remote for TV didn’t work. No dial tone on the phone. Could not set time on the alarm clock. Had to call front desk from cell phone to have them come look at the TV. When told about the phone and alarm clock he said he didn’t fix those things. Pool area was dirty and hot tub water was murky. Won’t be staging at an Econo Lodge again.
