Upon checkin, AFTER paying for the room, you are told that you are required to pay an additional $2.50 in cash as a resort fee and you can’t have your room keys until you pay the extra fee. THEN you are told you need to pay another $100 deposit which I still haven’t gotten back.
Once in the room, the A/C was extremely loud, the sink was broken, the tub would not drain properly, the bed is hard, there was no shampoo not soap.. not even a pen in the room.
This was the cheapest quality hotel I’ve stayed in… Not because of the brand or the hotel itself… But because of the way it’s being run.
