Friendly & Comfortable Motel
This place has always been our go to place when we go to Sioux Falls. The service is great & staff are very friendly. It’s a great location with a couple restaurants/bar that are walkable & shopping close drive. Love their biscuits & gravy breakfast with other options too. We’ll be back.

The room was fine, but we did have an issue with the heater in the room. It was very noisy and ran way too often. Also, occupants in a room either above us or to the side, decided to shower around eleven or twelve P.M.and the water pressure sounded like a train running through the room. Needless to say, we got very little sleep. We were very disappointed.
