The person i the lobby with his shoes off rubbing his feet was disgusting. RE: Room 209 The faucet was loose in the bathroom, toilet was hard to flush and the heating unit sounded like it was going to explode every time it started.

good service , clean room and good breakfast . Refrigerator in my room was making buzzing sound but I did not need it so I turned thermostat down to shut it off , watched some TV and fell asleep

It was nice room with a comfortable and a nice big shower. The only lacking thing was some cold eggs and sausages for breakfast.

It was decent for the price. They allow pets which was the huge selling point for us, with a grassy area in the front to walk your dogs. They had a pretty good selection for breakfast. Rooms were clean. Only real complaint was a very strong and overwhelming smell in the hallways. We assume it might have just been food someone ordered or made, so might not even be within the hotel’s control.

First says it is pet friendly but did not inform there was a limit on animals and restrictions on room choose. Had to change rooms to a very small, over used mattress room with tiny pillows. So uncomfortable and crammed.

The property was fine for the price. What I didn't like is the cleaning service only cleaned and changed towels, sheets, etc after people checked out. There was no "please clean my room" sign to hang from the door knob...only one that said "lights out," which made no sense.

I booked a queen room, 291 sqf, because the photos showed it was bigger than a king room,248 sqf. And it showed comfy looking chairs to sit in and relax. I was there for 2 nights. After night one i asked for a upgrade/roomier room. I was told no because i booked it online. I dealt with it. Bath towels were a joke, they have better at truck stop showers. Next time i am in Sioux Falls for a weekend, i will definitely find a better place to stay or just sleep in my semi!

The outside appearance of the facility did not encourage feelings of personal safety. The exact opposite. The facility's outside billboard said "Newly Renovated" The property may have been recently "renovated," but in no way, shape or form could one consider the "renovations" completed professionally. The sink & toilet while appearing new, were poorly, very poorly installed at least insofar where the plumbing/wall was concerned and caulk around bottom of the toilet. Electric outlets in the room itself were in extremely poor condition. At least one electric cover plate did not even fit flush with the wall, and another outlet had a "surge protector" plugged into an outlet. Why?, not sure, but I wasn't going to mess with it. The carpet appeared quite worn and obviously not shampooed in a very long time. The bedding appeared clean, at least. I didn't even try the offered breakfast, didn't trust that it was prepared in a clean, professional manner.
