Was dirty had a bad smell uncomfortably beds bad location so many crack heads and homeless at night. Outside B door wouldn’t latch and keep getting left open for anyone to come in. Stayed 1 night and that was 1 night to long! My kids was scared to even go to sleep and wanted to go home. Never again. Plus side the front desk lady was friendly!

We had no warm water and we were up by 630. We had an event to get to. When we expressed our conditions it was “oh I’m sorry no one else has said anything.” There were 5 rooms in our party and we all had the same troubles. The breakfast area both days were a mess and very limited. I’ve stayed in some cheaper hotels that were a 1000 times better. There is holes in the wall. Possibly going through a renovation but honestly can’t tell. Not a place I will ever stay again.

I think it depends on the room you get because my family’s rooms were nice but our room was run down. Holes in the curtains, hot water didn’t work, the drain didn’t work in the tub, and our toilet stopped flushing so we took the top off just to see that that chain fell off and wouldn’t stay on.

Pleasantly surprised

At the price I wasn't expecting a great experience. I was very pleasantly surprised. First the front desk person, Ashley, was fun and friendly. Very good first impression. 2nd the room smelled nice and was very clean. I'm a carpenter so I noticed cosmetic issues but definitely not a deal breaker. I will stay here again.

The hotel stay allow transient people to stand outside the front doors, hang out in the lobby and it was very uncomfortable because the strange man would watch me go to and from my room every day. They allowed his dog to poop right on the sidewalk at the entry so we had to walk by it getting to our car. There was also a disturbance with some drunk guests and it was very violent and the staff members did not handle it or call the cops or kick out the rowdy drunks. I will not be staying there on my next trip.

First I called to check to see if they're pulling hot tub Works working they told me it was but it wasn't then they charged my card right away in the morning along with other guests I found out before check-in which is strange because I thought for at least my situation I could cancel by check in. There was poop everywhere outside the snow was not shoveled they had a snow blower inside the entryway then I ended up stepping on glass stepping out of my room. When I reported it to the desk I asked for a refund because I wanted to stay somewhere else they refused my refund were disrespectful never once asked me if I was okay just denied any accountability. Then to top it off Expedia was absolutely zero help in this I found there's no reason to continue using them. It's pretty bad when they can't help a customer who has spent more than $12,000 with them in 3 years
