No heat in the room No fire alarm on wall just the wires hanging down. Room was not clean upon arrival. Blood stains on sheets. Sink would not drain.

Check in was quick and easy, however our room was not that great. The floor felt as if it was soaked and just left sticky, there was heavy mildew smell in the bathroom, and the window was absolutely filthy. The morning we had checked out we had found a yogurt container in their breakfast area that had mold on it.

Never stay again

It was horrible the pictures on website need to be updated. There are people that live their some of these people look like they are on drugs . The first room we were put in smelled like cigarettes and the smoke detector was covered by some plastic the room wasn't very clean. Second room they moved us to was even worse the curtains falling off looked like they were burnt. The sheet has blood stain on them the toilet was leaking.. the top sheets had burn marks on them . Floors were sticky feeling. They then let us look at another room which was more decent than the others. Wanted a refund but since I went through hotels com was a third party and be a process to get refund back. I was limited to show much money we had to stay. Then a man was outside by our truck looking through our windows. The front told us that he lives there he was intoxicated we tried saying something through window at him he told us to f*** off. The front desk just asked him if he was alright when they approached him and didn't say anything to him. The pool area was dirty looking. Everything about that place just looked awful. The breakfast was not great not to many selections of anything or nothing left. Tenants they should advertise that they have them living there. Need to remodel whole place or tear down. Only here for a basketball tournament for son. One night was to much don't recommend staying there. I paid more going through hotels.com for the room

Hotel is run down. Pool area needs TLC. Room carpets are very old. Walls have been repainted but not a quality job. Stairwells were dirty. Not enough towels, only had two in the room for a family of 5. No towels in the pool area. Understaffed, the front receptionist was doing many jobs. Breakfast was ok, eggs were very soggy. The seating area has been remodeled and was decent.

The property was not good sketchy area, checked in and checked right back out the room smelled terrible of musty mold, room was not clean. Bathroom smelled like pee. Very gross would not have felt comfortable sleeping in the beds or showering, do not recommend staying here.
