The staff at the hotel were very friendly and courteous. The room was decently clean except the bathroom shower floor had ground in dirt, the provided rubberized mats were not free from soap scum and dirt, and there was some hair in the shower entrance. The parking spaces were not adequate for the hotel capacity and we were forced to park in a lot that is noted for flooding.

The first room we were put in stunk so bad like rotten smelly feet that we asked to switch rooms. The second room wasn’t cleaned. There was hair and urine all over the bathroom, dirty clothes in the cabinets and trash everywhere. The night manager came and at least changed the bedding so we can sleep and took pictures to show her superiors. We still had to pay for the room. Will never stay there again.

There were dried contact lenses stuck to the wall by the mirror, pillow cases were stained with blueish grey spots, the walls had stuff splattered on them in the entry area of the room and the lobby furniture was dirty. Staff was friendly, but no sense of urgency in the bistro.

I was greeted by a friendly and helpful front desk clerk after a very long and trying day. The hotel is clean and quiet. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are nice. It might be a silly thing but the shower was fantastic (great water pressure, lots of room, cool design) and the towels were so soft. I would definitely stay here again.
