Did not do room daily house cleaning even after requested. Property shows it's age. Requested two (2) times for someone to tell the Elephnat and 2 basketball places above my room to stop pounding the floors...that went on for 3 days and 3 nights. This was requested twice by two different staff at front desk. The lady at breakfast was super kind, helpful and brightened my day and my staff! She was a delight!

Checked in Saturday for 3 night stay. Enjoyed ODE that evening. Then it was closed on Sunday and closed on Monday. :( Found a much better restaurant across the street at Hilton Gardens, CRAVE! Garbage trucks woke us up at 7am on Monday. Right outside our room. Toilet wouldn't flush and shower water didn't drain properly. That was fixed by Alan cause the maintenance man was off on Sunday. Also missed cleaning our room on Monday morning. :(

We have stayed often at this hotel. It is refreshing to have a nice, not fancy, reasonable rate with exceptional staff and a special setting along the River. The food is fine but the kitchen staff is excellent.
