Great stay

It was an easy check in, room was comfortable and clean, and the host was very accommodating. Breakfast was decent and convenient. Noise level was to be expected on a holiday/weekend (we were on the 2nd floor). Pool was busy, very clean. Parking was normal, busy but accommodating for a large truck. Process to extend our stay for an additional night was smooth and easy. Would definitely stay again when in the area.

Destiny is the best!!

Destiny deserves a raise, a week plus all inclusive vacation, and all the praise in the world! After a long and exhausting couple weeks, she restored my faith in humanity and was so pleasant even in the middle of the night. Everything is 5 stars except there was a weird smell coming from the drain and a piece of tile that fell off the trim I'm the bathroom. Other than that, AMAZING

Overall great stay and convenient for the Avera heart hospital. Room and hot breakfast were great. The breakfast staff was very helpful and kept the breakfast stocked and ready. Only downside, the side entrance and parking lot were not well lit and very slippery as fresh snow covered previous melted ice. Parked right next to the side entrance side walk and slipped twice loading my luggage. Ice melt close to the entrance would have helped avoid a couple falls while my father and I loaded and unloaded the car.

We arrived to check in a little later than we wanted. We wrre greeted by Jabriel. He was excellent and asked if we ever stayed here before. He let us know about the pool, hot tub, gym and all the amenities the hotel had to offer. He was super kind and told us to ask if we need anything. The lobby was clean the entire atmosphere was wonderful. The breakfast was great and our room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Wr will stay at this hotel again, had eberything we were looking for including friendly staff :)

We were in town for our grandson's birthday and early Christmas. Our stay was very nice. When we checked in, there was a need to change rooms. Apparently, I booked the wrong kind of room. Family get away

Loved the pool hours and the breakfast was delicious. Loved the lemon water that was available at all times. The location was perfect, off the beaten path but close to food locations.
