The front desk person on duty was very, very busy checking in 7 groups ahead of me, she was efficient, courteous and pleasant with each party. I tend to steer away from Comfort hotels, but this was one of the nicest properties I've stayed at. The area is clean, safe and actually quite beautiful. If it weren't for the great reviews I wouldn't have stayed but am glad I did and would come back again.

Obviously a newer property. Good condition, location and room design. For GF customers, there was eggs, sausage and yogurt for breakfast plus the usual carby, gluten items. All staff super nice....friendly. Didn't use the pool or exercise room, but they looked nice. Large, well-lit parking area.

We were on a long tow across the country and this was a great place to stop. There was a restaurant across the lot and a place to keep our large truck and trailer. Clean, large rooms, with a great staff.

The property was nice and new but our hotel door did not latch properly so this was very disappointing. We literally had to pull up on the handle to get it to lock and then again when we turned the deadbolt. HUGE security concern!!! Also, when we arrived at the room we turned on the TV - all was working fine. We left for about 3 hours and when we returned the TV did not work. We called front desk and they told us to unplug and plug all devices back in. However, the TV was mounted to the wall and we could not access the power cords. This also was very disappointing as we could not watch the morning news. This was reported to the front desk and they stated that the room had the door issue before and we were told that there were a number of rooms where the TVs did not work. Nice place, acceptable amenities but disappointed no working TV and door did not properly latch.
