We have stayed here a few times. Beds are comfortable and rooms are quiet. Kids love the pool!

Dirty

The room was disgusting. Food was in the drawers that had mold on it, garbage on the floor in the bathroom, sheets and pillows looked like they hadn't been changed or were very stained. Something was all over the wall by the bed, that was red. The night stand had something sticky all over it. The tub drained extremely slow and we had to stop halfway through a shower. Otherwise the water would over flow. The shampoo and conditioner in the shower were empty and/or broken. The hot tub jets didn’t work. If u needed to speak with front desk, beware you will wait a long time. As no one was ever there. Our tv remote was missing the back and we would have to hold the batteries in for it to work. It could be a nice hotel, if they would clean properly and fix things.

We were in Sioux Falls to renew our drivers licenses and needed paperwork for DMV. Without a problem they knew what was needed and printed it out for us, first class service!!!!!

The place was private and clean. It is older, so there was some age damage in the rooms. But i would stay again. Free brekafast spread was excellent.

The gas shock on the chair was done for and the chair leaned heavily to the right making it unuseable. Tv remote missing the cover and didnt operate the tv. It was musty smelling and the rug felt like hard plastic although it shouldnt. TBS it was as clean as it could be. The sheets were clean at least.
