Room was cozy and spacious hotel was quiet. The continental breakfast was great as always when we stay there. However, we were highly disappointed when we checked in that the hot tub was closed as I had specifically called a week and a half prior to us staying there to ask if the hot tub had been fixed as our previous day the hot tub the water had been lukewarm And wanted to make sure the hot tub was working before I reserved a room as I was told by the front desk person at the time I called that the hot tub was working and so I went ahead and made my reservation but lo and behold once we got there to check in there was a sign saying that the hot tub was closed!! It’s one of the reasons we really like staying at this hotel

Very good location and stay here often for medical family appointments due to hospital proximity. Some parts of property are starting to show age with a few things like ice makers and vending not working. In room items also showing some age but well maintained mostly. Late night front desk staff is very nice and helpful with any room concerns. Daytime check out isn’t as friendly but professional. Overall a good property and enjoyable stay.

So noisy. Kids run and up down the hallway. The guy next me was drunk and very loud. I complained and nothing was done about it. I will not be staying at Stoney Creek for a long time.

First, we were told the wrong room. We laughed, and got to our correct room. Hot tub was closed, big let down. Lots of dust covering the bathroom fan, shower head clogged up, stains on every towel we had, breakfast was ok, staff lacked on keeping things stocked, couldnt check out on app and nobody came to desk.

In town for a funeral. Fine facility with excellent prices. All systems worked. Breakfast much better and more complete than in many hotels that charge more. Our room with a king-sized bed was comfortable and spacious Helpful, attentive and accommodating staff. Central location downtown but immediate surroundings dull beyond boring unless you're into small-town, small-stakes gambling. We did enjoy the exhibits at the Sioux CIty Art Institute one block down the street.
