When first went in the room the heater did not work. Then i noticed the bathroom door did not shut and thier was mood in the bathroom and some of the ceiling had falling off. The room it self was not really the cleanest. But the lady at the front desk did switch us to a different room. That was alittle bit better.

We were disappointed in the condition of the room. It looked like it needed some upgrades: Bathroom door warped and would not close at first, broken clothes iron holder, missed paint on walls around fixtures, hot water was on cold side of handle, didn’t smell clean, salt shakers on breakfast table was one clump of salt inside. Staff were very nice and helpful.

A few hicuups but loved it anyways

Aside from a few things wrong in my room, it was amazing. The bathroom sink faucet sprayed was loose and the water didnt get very warm. The bathrub facuet was stained blue underneath and few end tables were banged up

staff obviously tries to keep everything cleaned; however the upholstery on chairs, bathroom counters, sink, tub were all needing replaced. bedding wad adequate. hot breakfast was good.

Run down bathroom fixtures in both quality inns. The one I stayed in Ohio had a bunch of smokers which made the hotel reak of it eventhough the were out back door whic was broke. There was a issue of guest screaming on floor do to domestic issue also

What a nice place to stay! Clean and nice-looking room. Super convenient location right off the interstate and close to lots of restaurants and shops. Great value. Quiet. Nice breakfast.

I could jear people being loud after midnight. The shower tub needs allot of attention. Had good lighting in the Parking lot. Some difficulty with driving up to the Hotel.
