Our room smelled like somone just smoked in there. Asked for a new room but desk staff told me it was full and I could not be moved. Disgusting that in 2024 people still smoke in hotel rooms and is permitted. By the way, I did request a non-smoking room. We liked the Crave restaurant a lot. Only redeeming thing about our trip to Sioux City.

Went there for my yr 50th class reunion. Room was nice, bed was decent, no room service at all (hubby had to go get fresh towels), indoor/outdoor area was nice but it was a hot day and fans were not started until I was dripping sweat down my face, food was mediocre at best. Very dissatisfied that I paid as much as I did and there was not even a modest breakfast bar, just coffee.

Sadly they were having water issues and had to shut water off before check out, they were nice and gave out bottled water to guests. Biggest complaints were the pillows and the lack of consistency in air conditioning.
