Nice updated room, comfortable bed but the mattress was a little bit soft for my liking. Very clean. The ac/heating unit worked well and was easy to control. Bathroom was very nice and had many grab bars for accessibility plus a bench for the tub/shower combo in our accessible room. Pool looked nice, but we didn’t utilize it. There was not much of anything from which to select from their complimentary breakfast, so we ended up skipping that unfortunately. Staff were friendly. We would stay there again.

The night desk receptionist (short hair) was warm, welcoming, exceptionally pleasant, and attentive. In the morning she was still on duty and equally charming. She is s gem. Her behavior was matched by the very pleasant dispositions of the morning staff. Their gracious attitudes made the experience.

The property was good, the staff was friendly, the breakfast was good. Our room only had one mirror accessible to outlets which was inconvenient for 3 women staying in the double suite. The lighting was poor throughout the room and the trundle bed/pull out couch was not very comfortable. There was also only one chair in the space besides the uncomfortable couch.

Comfort Inn South Sioux city is really Comfy. Beds are comfy. Room is so nice and clean. Only thing I have noticed is hallway carpets needed an upgrade.
