Great area. Very walkable and full of shops and restaurants. Hotel is clean, convenient, has a great buffet breakfast, and staff is friendly. They store your luggage if you go somewhere for a few days and come back to the hotel

I would NOT recommended for family 1. the room just too small will be struggling to juggle the luggages with more than 2 people for traffic. 2. no where to seat all in one like in 4x4m room, 3. bathroom has no barrier so water splashes everywhere. 4. no privacy with opaques screen glass bathroom.

The hotel is quite modern, but located at the old end of Orchard road near the Thai Embassy. You can walk to Ion and take the MRT. Rooms are compact but quite well appointed. There are cheaper hotels but it’s ok for Orchard road.

The room is small and without chair. Once I left my luggage on the floor, there was no room for me to walk around. The wash tube is inside the room.Since I had a knee problem, it was difficult for me to wear my shoes without a chair to sit down.

If you are looking for location and not service things the place for you. We ended up abandoning our booking and booking somewhere else due to the rudeness of the staff and their unwillingness to assist with an upgrade. Making comments like you should have booked with us directly and not through an agent are not helpful. To upgrade they wanted an additional $350 per night. When we asked to speak to a manager we were advised she was the manager. So no options. When we checked out after one night no questions were asked as to why. They literally didn’t care. Terrible service and even worse attitude.

Early checkin was a great thing for. My early flight. Vouchers from prior stay extended to include in this stay. Very awesome service with a minor issue quickly, patient staff etc etc However, went for a late night cap with friends at the restaurant, coffee machine closed! No fresh juice and no fresh coffee! So we settled with machine juice and satay.
