Cleaning left a lot to be desired. Not all the bins were emptied every day. The carpet could do with replacing too - the 8th floor corridor one was worn all the way through in several places!

Very comfortable hotel

Good standard hotel. Comfortable room and a good night’s sleep. Service overall very good with a nice pool but no service at poolside (was told later there was a QR code sign to order but there wasn’t when I was there). Very convenient for Joo Chiat area.
