Perfect location . Perfect historical building. But to be honest, I stayed in many 5 star hotels in various countries. This is the worst one ever. It took me 30 minutes to check in at the front desk. And it took 20 minutes to have luggage delivered to my room. When I stepped in the room I was astonished.The window glass is covered with thick dirt and stain. The curtains are dirty with dirts and stain on it.I complained and they ungraded my room and send me a bottle of wine that I appreciated . And I didn’t open the wine because I found there is big dirty stain on the wine glass and that made me disgusting.I suppose I need to express my true experience about my stay at the hotel. At the breakfast buffet the attendant who makes the noodles ignored me and very unfriendly to me while I am respectful to ask him. And the utensils have stains also. It takes time to select one clean plate during the breakfast. Carpet in the lobby is dirty , seems hasn’t cleaned for a long time. On the early morning I found there is no electricity in my room. I asked why and they told me because I check out today. How ridiculous! I have not checked out yet and they cut the electricity in my room! Obviously there is a servious problem about management. Employees are not well trained. I am so sorry to have bad experiences at a five star hotel which I had high expectations. Obviously they even don’t meet the standard of a hotel at this level.
