Beautiful View, But Service is Absolutely Zero and Awful
We recently stayed at this hotel in March and were extremely disappointed with the service. While the view was stunning, everything else about our experience fell far below expectations, and there was absolutely no sense of hospitality.
Our check-in experience was frustrating and unfair. Despite waiting in line for 15 minutes, the front desk staff (CESS) allowed another guest to cut in front of us and prioritized them instead. This was unprofessional and disrespectful.
Even though we booked two rooms under the same reservation, we were placed on completely different floors, far from each other and the elevators. We checked in around midday, so there should have been plenty of room options available. This decision made our stay incredibly inconvenient, especially for our elderly parents and young child, who had to go back and forth multiple times a day.
After our stay, we read reviews on social media and discovered that many guests have reported similar issues with the staff and even suspected discrimination. Based on our experience, this seems highly plausible.
Overall, aside from the view, this hotel offered zero service and zero hospitality.
If you're looking for a welcoming and accommodating stay, this is not the place.
