Location was convenient with many malls nearby. Room was spacious and I appreciate that the bathroom has a bidet. Mattress was to my liking; medium firmness. Do take note that bath robes are not provided. Overall, I had a pleasant stay. Will definitely stay here again.

Good hotel but deteriorating service.
In-room facilities has gone down the hill with broken shower tap, deteriorating customer service not able to meet simple requests despite being given advanced notice. This is on top of my stay just a month ago where housekeeping "accidentally" took my items during the last day of stay.

Review of Royal Plaza on Scotts: MARIZ and SASHA
I recently stayed at the Royal Plaza on Scotts, and I have to commend the exceptional service we received during our visit. From the moment we arrived, the check-in process was smooth and efficient, setting a positive tone for our stay from MARIZ OF FRONT OFFICE. She was very kind to our family. A special shout-out goes to SASHA of the front desk. too. When my parents wanted to watch Netflix in their room. SASHA graciously stepped in to help, demonstrating patience and knowledge as she guided us through the setup. Her friendly demeanor and willingness to assist made the experience much more enjoyable.

I recently had the pleasure of checking into Royal plaza where the receptionist, MARIZ, provided exceptional service. From the moment we arrived, she greeted us with a warm smile and made ma and my father feel welcome. MARIZ was not only efficient in handling our check-in but also took the time to answer all our questions. It’s rare to encounter such dedicated service. Highly recommend!
