The staff at this hotel are wonderfu, I arrived having a terrible coughing episode, after we got to our room the receptionist arrived with a hot lemon and honey drink for me. A couple of days later I was still not good and they arranded for me to see a doctor (almost next door) and the concierge insisted on taking us over. Also the room was great, and the best pillows ever.

The property, especially rooms need to be upgraded. The carpets, bathrooms, furniture in rooms all need to be upgraded/ renovated. The outside foyer bordering Bras Basah has been severely degraded and needs to be either upgraded or closed off.

Liked the location, it was accessible to food court nearby, bus stops and mrt station. Dismiked the aging condition of the water supply facilities. had to call the front desk and file a request for repair. gratefully it was fixed, otherwise cannot have baths
