Excellent hotel
Very good hotel with good amenities. They are also conveniently at the edge of the Clark quay restaurant and music scene on the river. Highly recommended. Been staying here for business for more than 7 years.

Singapore Paradox visit
This is our 2nd time staying here. Excellent location. The staff are extremely helpful, nice and professional. Their breakfast buffet has plenty to offer. They cover all cultures, Asian, British, Indian and American. You have reason to find something you can’t eat. Rooms are clean and comfortable.

Good hotel, great location . However, the bed was the hardest I have ever slept on and unfortunately I didn’t get a decent nights sleep in any of the ten nights I stayed there - had to buy heat patches to ease aches . Also lots of noisy kids and construction noise

The room was a good size and the beds were very comfortable. The staff were helpful and friendly looking after our luggage once we checked out and lending us umbrellas for the rain! The only negative was the shower was over the bath and the side of the bath was quite high which meant it wasn’t too easy to get in.

Great Memories Great Staff
Lovely hotel well-located in Clarke Quay. We booked a staycation to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Overall staff service attitude is top notch but the only dampener was due to the heavy rain, the carpet beside the window became damp. Not sure if the hotel staff are aware as I forgot to bring it to their attention during checkout. Aside from that, my family enjoyed our stay and the breakfast Buffett was excellent! Thank you!

Great location & staff, poor new Club benefits
I have enjoyed to a limited degree another stay at Paradox although I will most likely stay elsewhere next time. Its a comfortable older hotel showing its age. I had booked a club room & what has changed my positive feelings is that the club lounge has gone & that you now must have breakfast in the dining room & evening drinks in part of the bar area on the ground floor. The intimacy & service has been greatly reduced & the food selection of an evening very limited & not very appealing. It would appear the accountants have made decisions to save money to the detriment of their guests. It was very disappointing & I would not recommend paying for club privilages as I no longer see the benefit or value for the additional charge. On a positive note housekeeping was excellent. Reception staff also very good. I hope that management reviews it decision on the club location & benefits & allow it to return to the levels peviously offered or at least reduce their room charge to reflect a greatly reduced benefit and experience.
