I throughly enjoyed our stay at the Pan Pacific we received a complimentary room upgrade with a view of Marina Bay which was amazing! The staff were so friendly and helpful at all times. I really enjoyed our stay here, even though it was only for the day. We were able to check in early (thank goodness). We were able to walk to a few places we wanted to visit. Room was nice and comfortable, and we ordered room service as we were heavily jet lagged, food was delicious.

Location is good but the building itself is little old. Coffee machine is not working well and losing the coffee Nexpress, but the room cleaner didn’t exchange, even the water pot is empty and out of working. Hand wash liquid was run out, but no one refilled.
